One-on-one and team coaching designed to support leadership development, decision-making, and performance.

​​Practical tools to support stress regulation, resilience, and manage pressure in professional contexts.

The programs are designed for professionals across levels, from emerging leaders to senior executives, as well as teams looking to strengthen effectiveness and communication.

The work is practical and focused on driving change in how professionals think, communicate, and act.

It is designed to be flexible and adaptable to different organizational needs, and can be delivered as a single workshop, a multi-session series, or integrated within existing learning and leadership development programs.

Founder

Dror Neve is the founder of HAMAKOM, with over 30 years of experience in self-awareness and human development.

His work focuses on understanding human patterns, perception, and behavior, and applying this knowledge to improve how individuals and teams think, communicate, and act.

Maura Brachetti

Executive Coach

Maura Brachetti is an Executive Coach at Boston Consulting Group, with previous experience as a Business Unit Leader at Swarovski and as a Strategy Consultant at Boston Consulting Group.

She holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley, and is an ICF Certified Coach.

Dr. Ofer Karp

Neuroscientist & Mindfulness Specialist

Dr. Ofer Karp is a neuroscientist specialized in the development of self-awareness as a foundation for improved focus, clarity, and decision-making in complex environments.

He combines a scientific background with practical experience across both academic and corporate contexts.

He holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering and a PhD in Neuroscience.
