Art of Harmony - Terms of use

  1. The Art of Harmony sessions offer live video experience of this practice.

  2. The practice is suitable for those aged 18 or over and by participating in it, you declare that you are over 18 years of age.

  3. By participating in the session, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Use. If this is not the case, please do not attend.

  4. The Art of Harmony practice includes some strenuous exercises, which are not suitable for everyone. If you suffer from any medical condition or any known physical limitations, you may want to consult a physician before participating in the session. If you are unable to consult a physician, please exercise attentively and with moderation.

  5. The Art of Harmony team will not be able to provide medical or diagnostic counseling or replace the need for counseling and diagnostics, and the content offered in these sessions and/or its related contents, should not be interpreted as such.

  6. It should be emphasized that your joining and participating in this session is of your own choice and responsibility, and with that, you also understand that any physical activity carries a risk of physical and/or mental injury. It is your sole responsibility to judge whether your skills, physical and mental capabilities are suitable for the exercises offered at these sessions. It is your sole responsibility to judge whether any additional limitations you may have may hinder your participation, and it is under your responsibility that you exercise with caution and according to the level of effort you can handle, while assuring your health and safety.

  7. Please note that participating through the Zoom app allows the teacher and participants to see your video broadcast. If you have any objection to this, please turn off your video camera.

  8. The exercises are recorded and these recordings may be used later. By participating in the session, you confirm your agreement to this.

  9. It should be emphasized that by participating in the session, you expressly disclaim any claim for any harm that may be caused to you, against any person or entity involved in the instruction, operation or publication of these sessions, and all related content.
